Unless stated otherwise, all land offered is raw, unimproved land and is being sold AS IS and WHERE IS. 

A one time Processing Fee of $25.00 is required and is in addition to the purchase price.
The Processing Fee includes postage, Contract & Deed preparation, recording and 
delivery of Deed to Buyer when Land has been paid in full.

All property taxes are paid and a Deed will be delivered to buyer when property has been paid-in-full.

The process is easy. Simply Email us if you have questions. Browse our Website. Then, after making
your selection, click on the Sales Contract Button and complete the easy-to-use Sales Contract. Then,
click on the Credit Application Button and complete it. Next, follow the instructions at the bottom of the
 Sales Contract and Credit Application for sending them to me. We will email you for verification and
insert the Legal Description and other necessary information. You will be sent two Signed Real Estate 
Sales Contracts. Have one copy Notarized and return to me. Keep one Copy for your files. We will also 
include an Amortization Schedule for you to keep track of your payments. Please send the one time 
Processing Fee along with return of the Contract.
